SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We ship to the US, Canada, and the UK. We can not offer shipments to parcel forwarding services.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. The timeline to receive your package once shipped will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout, this can typically range from 3-5 business days for US destinations and might take up to 14 business days for International orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complementary shipping for all U.S orders above $80.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What if my order was lost or stolen?
We are very sorry your order is missing. If you have selected Route package protection at checkout, your order will be insured and eligible for a quick re-delivery or a refund. If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here.
If you did not insure your order please wait three business days before contacting us if your order was marked as delivered. Carriers may mark a package as delivered before completing the delivery. Check with your building, household or neighbors first. If your product was shipped to the right address that you specified on your order or any delivery address that you confirmed, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. It will be the customer's responsibility, to communicate with the carrier regarding the lost or stolen items. If you need assistance filing a claim with the carrier please contact us and we will be happy to help cc@dysruptbeauty.com.
How can I protect my order?
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Just add Route to your order at checkout. If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here. It takes 1-2 business days for Route to resolve your claim.
Are there extra duties for international orders?
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These costs may be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you offer returns?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please know, due to the nature of our products, all items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for returns. We are not able to refund the original shipping charges or return shipping charges. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How do I do an exchange?
The fastest way to ensure your exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How long does a refund take?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
